Sybal Form: The Passionate Siren
During the night, Charvi takes the form of an attractive mermaid. She moves quickly in water, and has skin similar to that of an amphibean. She can stay out of water for a few hours before she dries out, but rarely does that since it's not like she'll be able to move easily on land. Charvi also happens to be feral, her basic desires become stronger and she's more likely to try and fufill those desires, such stealing something she wants to eat, aggressively chasing after someone she finds appealing, or getting the drugs that will allow her to fill her addiction. 

Power: Water Temperature Manipulation
She's able to control the temperature of water, whether it be making it warmer, or cooler. Her power allows her to partially control the water's currents (with how warm water moves and cold water moves down), block waterways and making bridges by making ice, or being able to hurt any assailants by causing the water around her to boil. Unless it's only a small puddle, Charvi's incapable of instantly freezing or boiling water, and will need at least a few minutes to get the those affects. 

While Charvi doesn't need to be in direct contact with the water she's manipulating (otherwise she wouldn't be so keen on freezing or boiling water, she's not exactly resistant to extreme temperatures), she does need to be within a five feet of it, otherwise her powers won't work at all. In fact, she's only able to affect water in a five foot radius at a time.

History: 

After being forced to become a begger after the death of her parents, Charvi yearned for an easier life, thus opening up the forest. Soon she looked for what she wanted, attempting to open up a small business in the district of Heilig. Not knowing much about managing finances, though, Charvi's store was quickly shut down, only having lasted a couple of years. Still, she managed to catch the attention of a rich man, and the two of them ended up falling in love and getting married. 

Life was going amazingly for her. She had all the money and food that she wanted, and a lover that she could see everyday-- and only during the day. Charvi's husband had a violently feral sybal, and needed to hide in the forest each night in order to avoid hurting anybody, so after the sun set Charvi was left alone with only their servants to keep as company. Due to the passage of time and the nature of her sybal, she began to want more. She wanted something more exciting to happen in her life-- a fiery romance. So, after the sun sets and her husband was away, she would invite an attractive sybal into her home, and spend the night with them. After a while, she collected a few boyfriends who would visit regularly. Things for her would soon change after meeting her last boyfriend, he offered the mermaid a strange new drug. Charvi would find the drink amazing, and tried to introduce it to her other boyfriends-- only stopping before showing her husband it when she discovered that it was an illegal drink. Almost revealing her new addiction to her husband wasn't her main fear, as she would find out. Her husband began to grow suspcious of her nighttime actions, forcing her to start cutting off some of her other lovers before she was only left with her drug dealer boyfriend. 

Her husband still ended up finding out about her betrayal, and the two ended up divorced, Charvi finding herself kicked out of his home. With no where to go, she decided to stick with her last boyfriend, and help with his career in order to keep fufilling her own addiction.
